Junction 47 Apartments provides urban market-rate housing at the heart of downtown West Seattle, right at the Junction where people want to live, shop and play.

Junction 47’s homes feature modern kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel Energy Star appliances and 9-ft. ceilings. A rooftop deck provides spectacular views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, and a fitness center and pet grooming station cater to the active residents who call West Seattle home.

Community input was integrated throughout the design process in order to create what would ultimately become a new landmark at the center of The Junction. Vibrant retail grounds the project and provides a community ‘living room.’

Local art is integrated throughout the project in common areas and lobbies. An art contest was held locally, and entries were juried and selected by the development team to reflect the past, present and future of The Junction.
