Mixed-Use Development of the Year
Description
Pike Motorworks is the next chapter of the Pike/Pine renaissance, offering über-luxurious apartments and unrivaled amenities on Capitol Hill’s historic auto-row. Every detail was designed to preserve the site’s historic origins and celebrate The Hill’s effortless individuality, from the urban art sculpture in the courtyard to the building’s original 1926 auto row façade.
In the north tower, sleek plank flooring, sexy black subway tile and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows set the stage for apartment interiors that get your motor running. In the south tower, Pike Motorworks, LTD offers a boutique living experience with hardwood floors, imported Italian cabinets and the service you’d expect from Seattle’s finest hotels.
Anchored by placemaking retail, Pike Motorworks will feature a flagship Redhook Brewpub at its base. An open catwalk will extend over the brewery into the LTD resident lounge for the ultimate social space. Other exciting retail such as Plantation Design will soon fill storefronts.
