Description
Salmon Creek Corporate Park comprises of two nearly identical industrial warehouse buildings totaling 267,700 square feet on nearly 18.7 acres in Sumner, WA. Building A is 134,600 squarefeet with 30-foot clear heights, 26 dock doors and four at-grade doors while Building B is 133,100 square feet with 30-foot clear heights, 24 dock doors and four at-grade doors. The size and features of Salmon Creek Corporate Park allow for tenant flexibility by accommodating tenants as small as 30,000 square feet.
The site was included with another land purchase in 2001 due to the lack of road access and utilities. Over the last 15 years, Tarragon has worked with adjacent property owners to extend roads and utilities to the site. Additionally, in the last five years, Tarragon constructed a culvert crossing Salmon Creek which allows vehicular traffic throughout the site. The park is over 75 percent leased within six months of completion.
