SeaPORT Logistics Center is a 333,180-square-foot industrial warehouse sitting on more than 18 acres of land in the rapidly growing industrial center of Sumner, WA. The double-loaded Class A development features 32-foot clear heights, ample dock doors and over 200 trailer/car parks.

Originally purchased in 2001, the site had been envisioned for uses ranging from apartments to warehouse facilities. However, after a settlement was reached with the City of Sumner, which achieved several much-needed improvements to the roadway infrastructure, it was determined that a state of the art warehouse was the best use for the area’s thriving industrial market.

SeaPORT Logistics Center – Building A is 100 percent leased and is home to Smart Warehousing and Helly Hansen’s North American distribution headquarters. Planning is currently underway to develop the remaining 2 million square feet of SeaPORT Logistics Center.
