The Tableau Millworks Building is a 20,000-square-foot, two-story, tenant improvement project and is the product of a partnership between Tableau, E. Cobb Architects Inc and Schuchart Corporation. Located in heart of Fremont, the Millworks Building is a former sawmill, originally built more than 100 years ago. The name harkens back to the building’s origins and E. Cobb’s design maintains this historic feel by highlighting existing weathered wood, barrel trusses and shiplap ceiling. A 20-foot gangway style steel bridge connects the two open office areas on the second floor, at the same time connecting the Millworks Building with the nearby waterfront environment.
