Des Moines Creek BP Phase III contains 502,000 square feet in two Class A warehouse buildings situated on 32 acres of land leased from the Port of Seattle. Buildings designed to achieve LEED Certified were 100% leased at market rents and sold for $67.9 million immediately following substantial completion. Tenants include AmerisourceBergen, Partners Crackers, XPO Logistics and Banzai Sushi. Complexities included difficult ground lease negotiations and an accelerated tenant improvement completion schedule.
