After acquiring the Seattle Design Center in late 2014 with a mere 40% occupancy rate, Greenbridge rebranded the five-story, 275,000-square-foot building as Georgetown Squared and began its renovation for creative office use. Design tenants were consolidated into the two-story, 157,000-square-foot building, which continues as the Seattle Design Center. The G2 building’s new glass curtain walls provide abundant natural light and unobstructed views of Mount Rainier, Puget Sound and the downtown Seattle skyline.
