The new Everett Courtyard by Marriott is an eight-story, 156-room, select-service hotel located in the center of downtown Everett, across from City Hall at the corner of Colby Avenue and Wall Street. Amenities include meeting rooms, a restaurant, and 4,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. The opening of the hotel in October 2016 fulfilled the City of Everett’s long-awaited goal that this former city-owned parking lot site contribute to the renaissance of downtown Everett.
