Located on the rooftop of 400 Fairview, this 6,405-square-foot restaurant features full interior and exterior bars, a 100-seat outdoor patio with enclosed outdoor eating space, and a commercial exterior deck cooktop. The enclosed space, surrounded by a retractable glass perimeter and sheltered under an array of photovoltaic panels, offers spectacular views of Lake Union, the Space Needle and downtown Seattle. A 600-square-foot grab-and-go kiosk was also installed on the first floor of the occupied building.
