Relocation of DocuSign’s 118,830-square-foot corporate office, encompassing six floors in downtown Seattle, was completed in multiple phases to accommodate move-in requirements. The new space was built out with an open office concept and an open-to-structure ceiling plan. Although the new Seattle location mimics the overall program in DocuSign’s recently completed San Francisco headquarters, the design team delivered a workspace that met the functional, aesthetic and budget requirements of the local practice.
