The Eddy at Green Lake Village
Category
Multi-Family Residential of the Year > Multi-Family Residential Development of the Year: More than 100 Units
Description
Located in the heart of Seattle’s busy Greenlake district, this project provides the area surrounding the 2019 Roosevelt light-rail station with needed retail and mixed-income housing options. Sustainably designed and expertly integrated with the neighborhood, the Eddy delivers a big program on a small site that required shoring and environmental remediation, with occupied residences on two property lines. The design capitalizes on a through-block connection to enrich the sidewalk experience in this walkable community.
