Description
A modern reinterpretation of the traditional brick facade, 450 Alaskan brings 171,000 SF of new, Class-A creative office to the historic Pioneer Square. Situated a few feet away from the edge of the existing and soon-to-be-demolished Alaskan Way Viaduct, the project required an exceptional level of accuracy in design and construction to fit into its tight quarters. Nearly two years prior to completion, more than half of the building was pre-leased to a major tenant.
