Description
The Cove’s 60-unit mixed-use design realizes developer Vibrant Cities' vision of sustainable living in Seattle's dense urban core—and proves that green design pencils out. Recently sold for $894 per-square-foot, the design team found creative ways to squeeze 50,000-square-feet of livable space onto a 9,000-square-foot site. A small footprint in a densifying urban neighborhood meant a careful interlocking layout of units, corner-wrap windows, retail-sidewalk engagement—and guaranteed imitators.
