The project is a 3 Phase 436,000 SF project located at 1001 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Phase 1 involves the build out of 10 new expansion office floors totaling 186,332 SF, while Phase 2 includes the restack of 16 existing Liberty Mutual office floors totaling an additional 249,176 SF. Phase 3 included the construction of the 35,000 SF Café and Conference Center on level 4 and a second 15,000 SF Café on level 8.
