Description
400 Dexter is a 12-story Biotech and city amenity building of nearly 458,000 usable SF, including 268,500 sf of office and/or amenity space, approximately 15,000 sf of retail and 174,500 sf of parking. Built to biotech and tech office standards, the building was designed by Collins Woerman and developed by Alexandria Real Estate to brighten and change the growing landscape of Dexter Avenue in South Lake Union.
