Tarragon constructed the second phase of Lakeland Commons, a multi-tenant retail complex in Auburn, Washington, marking a 20-year milestone of Tarragon’s vision for Lakeland Hills. It began with residential developments now totaling over 650 acres with Tarragon’s “big-picture” retail plan encompassing 23 acres.
Lakeland Commons is a response to evolving market trends. Successfully navigating through grade lifts, challenging budgets and multiple contractor issues, Tarragon delivered an upscale center, yielding market and community acceptance.
