Description
The new FAA Northwest Regional Headquarters 300,560 GSF Class “A” office building consolidates federal tenants from four lease locations to a single building. It is leased to the GSA/FAA for 20 year term.
This project is the result of a successful public/private partnership that concluded a 9 year search by the GSA/FAA and a 25 year land redevelopment process by the Port of Seattle and the City of Des Moines.
