Affordable Housing Development of the Year
Description
If 2018’s ‘One Night Count’ is any indication, our housing crisis is dire. Over 12,112 individuals were found living unsheltered on Seattle’s streets.
Arbora Court provides 133 families and individuals an affordable, safe place to call home. 40% of units are for families, 40 for the formerly homeless. Decades in the making, Arbora Court was the vision of University Christian Church’s congregation. Through partnership with Bellwether Housing it has become reality.
