Fox & Finch is a 49 unit urban multifamily apartment within Seattle's South Lake Union tech/residential neighborhood. The design respects neighborhood context in both use and scale. The project is a welcome commitment to urban living and enduring value through quality construction. The lobby integrates with 2,200 sf of retail/restaurant space. Resident amenities include a fitness area, a bicycle service and storage area, a lounge, and a rooftop recreation area with views of Lake Union.
