Exotic Metals is a leader in state-of-the-art, high-temperature, high-strength sheet metal designs and fabrications for the aerospace industry. When we met Exotic, they needed a new facility – fast – to fulfil a new manufacturing contract. We leveraged this need for a new building to create both a 128,000 SF modern manufacturing facility as well as a 44,000 SF collaborative, sophisticated, and flexible corporate headquarters, to house Exotic’s engineering and administration teams.
