Description
The 58-acre site for the Class A Tacoma Logistics Center is the former Simpson Tideflats sawmill. Black Creek Group cleaned up the failing heavy industrial site making way for approximately 1.1 million square feet of high-end industrial space in 2 buildings, 280,525 sf and 838,620 sf with a 310’ deep all concrete truck court allowing for trailer storage between the building or securing site without compromising functionality. Tenants can be as small as 60,000 sf.
