Seaway West isn’t your average tilt-up project. The project consists of two industrial buildings situated on the site in a way that takes advantage of the natural grades while maintaining building square footage. The board-formed concrete entry towers give the buildings a natural look which help it fit into the heavily forested surrounding area. To help accentuate this, enhanced landscaping was used around the entries to create a more inviting experience.
