Mixed-Use Development of the Year
Description
At nearly 1.7 million SF, Lincoln Square Expansion is one of the largest mixed-use projects in the Northwest, symbolizing Bellevue’s transformation into a vibrant, world-class city. It consists of a 41-story hotel/residential tower with cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure with PT slabs, and a 32-story office tower with steel frame with metal decks and concrete core. Other elements include a three-level retail podium and commons area, six-level below grade garage, and connecting tunnel and skybridge.
