Description
At The Triangle, 195 luxury apartments with extensive amenity space rise six stories from a site whose unusual shape yielded its signature asset: a striking Flatiron-like statement for Redmond. Strong design turned challenges to advantages, from creating efficient parking on a triangular site with a high ground water table, to designing unique angular corner units (which leased quickest). With sidewalk setbacks and 5,129 s.f. of retail, this sophisticated midrise promotes pedestrian vitality in transforming Redmond.
