Description
The airy presence of the 138-unit Prism residential building is an inviting addition to an underused block in the Northgate Urban Center. Located between the retail surrounding Northgate Mall and older, multi-family buildings on its fringes, Prism’s open design bridges these areas while adding to the energy, stability and safety of the neighborhood with more resident “eyes,” evening lighting, generous sidewalks and landscaping that effectively extends the Green Street just south of the project.
