Oracle's 180,000-square-foot expansion at Russell Investments Center (RIC) was remarkable for its:
--Enormous 45,000-square-foot floorplates.
--Extreme measures to protect the Seattle Art Museum below.
--Integration of Northwest nature, cityscape, art and music themes.
--Over 110 separate finishes and coverings.
--Numerous art installations from sculpture to interactive walls.

Oracle, Nelson and Lewis succeeded due to elevated collaboration—resulting a successful project and a partnership that has carried forward to this day.
