Description
Zella Apartments stands as the physical representation of many beliefs held by both ownership and the design team. The project is based on Feng Shui concepts, from overall massing to the layout of each living space. A sense of responsibility for our environment is represented in the project’s pursuit of LEED Silver and the selection of long-lasting materials. The project’s voluntary performance in HALA, before mandatory adoption, reveals our belief that housing should be affordable.
