Description
This Historic Renovation completely overhauled the 1915 Elks Lodge Building. The 7-story renovation maintained the building's early 20th century architectural design and character while transforming into a 45-room hotel featuring restaurants & bars, event spaces, a brewery & commercial kitchen, and theater. Exterior work repaired the existing structure and restored deteriorated architectural elements. The building also received an extensive seismic upgrade. The beloved local landmark reopened at long last to great public enthusiasm.
