Description
An 11,000 sf high-end tenant improvement in downtown Seattle that embraces steel and glass elements, exposed structure and sophisticated finishes to create a unique environment. The space is organized around an informal lobby featuring a 40 foot long "kinetic table." The open-office workspace for 80 staff features collaboration areas, open and enclosed meeting spaces and a variety of support spaces including an all hands meeting area, lounges, critique/pin-up areas and production room.
