Description
Korsmo Construction teamed with BCRA to design and build the restoration of the historic Pantages Theater for Tacoma Arts Live. The project included inherent challenges to preserve the integrity and craftmanship of the 100-year-old theater while preparing it for 100 more years of public use. The project restored the theater's beautifully intricate and elaborate vaudeville-era interior, including all new finishes, plaster repairs, safety and ADA-compliance upgrades, new LED lighting, seating, sound, and acoustical improvements.
