Description
Arbor Blocks in South Lake Union is a sustainable urban office development comprised of two buildings separated by a “woonerf” – a Dutch word that refers to a street where pedestrians and bicycles have priority over motor vehicles. With approximately 390,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and supporting retail and amenities, the project utilizes innovative design, creating leading edge office facilities alongside community-oriented green spaces. Arbor Blocks was pre-leased to Facebook in 2016.
