Description
Prologis Georgetown Crossroads is a revolutionary multistory fulfillment center, the first of its kind in the United States. This unique three-story 590,000 SF industrial warehouse is minutes from downtown Seattle and was completed at the end of December 2018. It’s located in the historic Georgetown district and will feature truck ramps leading to loading docks on the second level. The third floor is served via forklift accessible freight elevators, for lighter-scale warehouse/manufacturing operations.
