Affordable Housing Development of the Year
Description
John Fox Place creates 104 new affordable homes, family-focused amenities, and a vibrant presence on the Aurora Avenue corridor in Seattle’s Licton Springs neighborhood. The seven-story, midblock project serves low-income families and individuals, including those exiting homelessness, while delivering a sense of comfort and style. Common spaces create a “storefront” presence along Aurora, adjoining a sheltered all-ages courtyard, and include bike rooms on each floor and a top floor patio with sweeping southward views.
