Description
Bridge Point I-5 Seattle Phase I (1,026,959 SF) is the largest speculative industrial building ever built and leased in the Pacific Northwest. In order to achieve this, Bridge Industrial, the City of Milton, and their teams, consultants, and contractors had to turn a gravel pit with 120’ of elevation change, multiple wetlands, and a jet fuel pipeline into one of the most functional pieces of real estate in the region.
